Southeast corner of chi <br />and Michigan Streets <br />ORDINANCE NO. _L ±L 7. <br />AN ORDINANCE ZONING A PARCEL OF LAND <br />WITHIN THE CITY LIMITS OF <br />SOUTH BEND, INDIANA <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, <br />INDIANA: <br />Section 1: <br />That the following described property in St. Joseph <br />County, State of Indiana, having been recently annexed to the <br />City of South Bend, Indiana, is hereby rezoned from "R" Residential <br />and "A" Height and Area District to "B" Business and "A" Height <br />and Area District: <br />Lot A and Lot 37 as shown on Second Plat of Chippewa <br />Heights Addition to the City of South Bend, Indiana. <br />Lot 38 as shown on the Second Plat of Chippewa Heights <br />Addition to City of South Bend, Indiana - Excepting <br />there from the following: Beginning at the Northwest <br />Corner of said Lot 38 - thence running East 150 feet, <br />thence Southwesterly parallel with Michigan Street <br />to South line of said Lot 38 - to Southwest corner <br />thereof; thence Northeasterly along the Easterly line <br />of Michigan Street to place of beginning. <br />Section 2: <br />This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from <br />and after its enactment, approval by the Mayor and legal publica- <br />tion. <br />A memb r of the Common Council of <br />the City of South Bend, Indiana <br />I signed only to provide an <br />opportcni-fy -2cr Ulic discussion <br />and Council action on the issue., <br />
