ORDINANCE NO. 6113 -17 <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A CONTRACT BETWEEN THE <br />BUREAU OF WATER OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, <br />INDIANA, AND BADGER METER, INC., MILWAUKEE, <br />WISCONSIN, FOR THE PURCHASE OF 6,000 5/8 -INCH <br />WATER METERS IN THE AMOUNT OF $187,260.00. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA: <br />SECTION I. That the Contract entered into between the Bureau of Water <br />of the City of South Bend, Indiana, and Badger Meter, Inc., Milwaukee, <br />Wisconsin, on the 4th day of January, 1977, for the purchase of 6,000 <br />5/8 -inch water meters, pursuant to advertising and receipt of bids as <br />the purchase of same is required in the operation of the Bureau of Water, <br />for a total cost not to exceed $187,260.00, is hereby approved and <br />confirmed. <br />SECTION II.
