ORDINANCE NO. (,J l k--7 7 <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $208,855 FROM <br />THE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT FUND FOR THE <br />INNOVATIVE GRANTS PROGRAM, PROJECT REBATE, <br />TO BE ADMINISTERED BY THE CITY OF SOUTH <br />BEND THROUGH ITS BUREAU OF HOUSING. <br />WHEREAS, the Department of Human Resources in the <br />name of the City of South Bend has recieved the approval of the <br />United States Department of Housing and Urban Development to <br />execute Project Rebate under funding from the 1976 Innovative <br />Grants Program. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council <br />of the City of South Bend as follows: <br />Section I. The sum of $208,855 is hereby appropriated <br />for the program year starting February 15, 1977 from the Community <br />Development fund. This appropriation is to be administered by the <br />Bureau of Housing. <br />PROGRAM 77 - HNP - 302 <br />Innovative Grants Program <br />Purpose Amount <br />Percentage Cash Rebates $150,000 <br />Administration 58,855 <br />Section II.
