ORDINANCE NO.(0jk9-77 <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $1,850 FROM THE ANTI - <br />RECESSION FUND, COMMONLY REFERRED TO AS COUNTER - <br />CYCLICAL GRANT, FOR VARIOUS ADMINISTRATIVE PRO- <br />GRAMS, TO BE ADMINISTERED BY THE CITY OF SOUTH <br />BEND, THROUGH ITS DEPARTMENT OF ADMINISTRATION <br />AND FINANCE. <br />STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT. <br />Additional funds are needed to administer certain programs <br />and to ensure the city's ability to properly perform its functions <br />during the year 1977. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION I. The sum of $1,850 is hereby appropriated for the <br />year 1977 from the Anti - Recession Fund, commonly known as the <br />Counter - Cyclical Grant. This appropriation is to be administered <br />by the Department of Administration and Finance and will be <br />distributed as set forth below: <br />PROGRAM AR -4 <br />"ANIMAL CONTROL" <br />Account Description Amount <br />722.0 Motor Equipment $1,850.00 <br />TOTAL AR 4 $1,850.00 <br />SECTION II.
