A settle- <br />ment from Allstate Insurance, in the amount of $1,546.10 has <br />been received. An additional $1,850.00 is needed to replace <br />the van. <br />We are asking that these additional funds be appropriated <br />from the Anti - Recession fund, commonly referred to as the <br />Counter - Cyclical Grant, on the basis that the program cannot <br />be continued without this van. <br />
