ORDINANCE NO. _& Qqg_ r/ / <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $49,231 FROM THE <br />FEDERAL ASSISTANCE GRANT COMMONLY REFERRED TO <br />AS GENERAL REVENUE SHARING, FOR OPERATION OF <br />THE YOUTH SERVICES BUREAU, TO BE ADMINISTERED <br />THROUGH THE DEPARTMENT OF HUMAN RESOURCES. <br />WHEREAS, additional funds are needed by the Department of <br />Human Resources to properly perform its functions during the <br />year 1977. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, AS FOLLOWS: <br />SE_CTION__I. That the sum of $49,231 is hereby appro- <br />priated for the year of 1977 from the <br />Federal Assistance Grant Fund, commonly <br />known as the General Revenue Sharing Fund. <br />This appropriation is to be administered <br />through the Department of Human Resources, <br />and will be distributed as set forth below: <br />PROGRAM FA - 118 <br />YOUTH SERVICES BUREAU <br />Account Description Amount <br />110.0 Salaries & Wages.
