We are requesting that $5,003.25 <br />be transferred in Account #510.0, Current Charges, Insurance and <br />$1,900.00 into Account #640.0, Current Obligations, Group Insurance. <br />The funds are being transferred from Account #130.0, Services Personal, <br />extra and overtime. There is a balance in this account because the de- <br />partment made a concentrated effort to reduce overtime work during the <br />year and had a reduction in park employees.
