Ordinance # (DOgQ-)% <br />AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING $6,903.25 <br />IN THE GENERAL PARK FUND. TRANSFER <br />IS BEING MADE IN VARIOUS BUDGET <br />CLASSIFICATIONS WITHIN THE GENERAL <br />PARK FUND <br />WHEREAS, certain extraordinary conditions have developed since <br />the adoption of the existing annual budget so that it is now necessary to <br />transfer money from one account to another in the annual budget for the <br />various functions of the Department of Public Parks to meet such extra- <br />ordinary emergencies, and <br />WHEREAS, it has been ascertained that a certain account in the <br />Park General Fund has more money than is needed at this time. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, by the Common Council of the City <br />of South Bend, Indiana, <br />Section I. That the following account be reduced in the amount set opposite <br />said account to -wit: <br />Acct. No. Classification Item Amount <br />130.0 Services Personal Extra & Overtime $6,903.25 <br />Section II. That the following accounts be increased in the amounts set <br />opposite said accounts to -wit: <br />Acct. No. Classification Item Amount <br />510.0 Current Charges Insurance $5,003.25 <br />640.0 Current Obligations Group Insurance 1,900.00 <br />$6,903.25 <br />That the transfer of funds as set forth in Section I and II are re- <br />quired for the proper and efficient operation and function of the Department of <br />Public Parks of South Bend and an extraordinary emergency is declared to exist <br />concerning the foregoing transfer. <br />Section III.
