Ordinance # (DOgQ-)% AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING $6,903.25 IN THE GENERAL PARK FUND. TRANSFER IS BEING MADE IN VARIOUS BUDGET CLASSIFICATIONS WITHIN THE GENERAL PARK FUND WHEREAS, certain extraordinary conditions have developed since the adoption of the existing annual budget so that it is now necessary to transfer money from one account to another in the annual budget for the various functions of the Department of Public Parks to meet such extra- ordinary emergencies, and WHEREAS, it has been ascertained that a certain account in the Park General Fund has more money than is needed at this time. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana, Section I. That the following account be reduced in the amount set opposite said account to -wit: Acct. No. Classification Item Amount 130.0 Services Personal Extra & Overtime $6,903.25 Section II. That the following accounts be increased in the amounts set opposite said accounts to -wit: Acct. No. Classification Item Amount 510.0 Current Charges Insurance $5,003.25 640.0 Current Obligations Group Insurance 1,900.00 $6,903.25 That the transfer of funds as set forth in Section I and II are re- quired for the proper and efficient operation and function of the Department of Public Parks of South Bend and an extraordinary emergency is declared to exist concerning the foregoing transfer. Section III.
