ORDINANCE NO. (e 0 R3 - ) (� AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $21,000.00 FROM THE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT GRANT FUND, FOR PARK EQUIPMENT, TO BE ADMINISTERED BY THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND THROUGH ITS DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC PARKS. WHEREAS, additional funds are needed by the Department of Public Parks to administer certain public parks programs and to insure the de- partment's ability to properly perform its functions during the year 1976. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend as follows: Section I. The sum of $21,000.00 is hereby appropriated for the year 1976 from the Community Development Grant Fund. This appropriation is to be administered by the Department of Public Parks and will be distributed as set forth below: PROGRAM CD -76 -403 PLAYGROUND EQUIPMENT Account Description Amount 726.0 Installation of Playground Equipment $21,000.00 Section II.
