ORDINANCE NO. %o b'/ -? b <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $13,000.00 FROM <br />THE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT GRANT FUND, FOR <br />BELLEVILLE PARK, TO BE ADMINISTERED BY THE <br />CITY OF SOUTH BEND THROUGH ITS DEPARTMENT OF <br />PUBLIC PARKS. <br />WHEREAS, additional funds are needed by the Department of Public <br />Parks to administer certain public parks programs and to insure the de- <br />partment's ability to properly perform its functions during the year 1976. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City <br />of South Bend as follows: <br />Section I. The sum of $13,000.00 is hereby appropriated for the year <br />1976 from the Community Development Grant Fund. This appropriation is to be <br />administered by the Department of Public Parks and will be distributed as set <br />forth below: <br />PROGRAM CD -76 -405 <br />BELLEVILLE PARK <br />Account Description Amount <br />726.0 Installation of bleachers $9,000.00 <br />260.0 Fencing around ball fields 4,000.00 <br />$13,000.00 <br />Section II.
