As I am sure you are <br />aware, it will take a significant amount of lead time to pre- <br />pare for the opening in 1978. It is for this reason that we <br />would like to start preparations in October of this year. <br />I believe this ordinance is self-explanatory, except for the <br />salaries section. These monies, if appropriated, would be <br />used to hire a secretary and a Curator/Director for the last <br />three months of 1976. <br />If you have questions, please feel free to contact me. <br />Peter H.
