ORDINANCE NO. 6055 -76 <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $6,471.20 FROM THE <br />FEDERAL ASSISTANCE GRANT COMMONLY REFERRED TO <br />AS GENERAL REVENUE SHARING, FOR ESTABLISHING THE <br />DISCOVERY HALL PORTION OF CENTURY CENTER, TO BE <br />ADMINISTERED BY THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND THROUGH <br />THE DEPARTMENT OF ADMINISTRATION AND FINANCE. <br />WHEREAS, additional funds are needed by the Department of <br />Administration and Finance to insure this Department's ability <br />io properly perform its functions during the year 1976. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION I. That the sum of $6,471.20 is hereby appro- <br />priated for the year of 1976 from the Federal <br />Assistance Grant Fund, commonly known as the <br />General Revenue Sharing Fund. This appro- <br />priation is to be administered by the Depart- <br />ment of Administration and Finance, and will <br />be distributed as set forth below: <br />PROGRAM FA -114 <br />SECTION II.
