McMahon, Director, Department of <br />Public Works, has reviewed the site plan and made the <br />following comments: <br />1. City water is available to the site. <br />2. There are no sanitary sewers available at <br />this location. <br />3. There are no storm sewers available to this site. <br />4. Access to this site is subject to approval by the <br />Bureau of Traffic and Lighting, of the City of <br />South Bend <br />STAFF COMMENTS - this area has been designated as Residential, <br />Moderate Density on the Land Use and Transportation Plan. <br />
