South Bend Redevelopment Commission Regular Meeting — Thursday, September 12, 2013 6. NEW BUSINESS (CONT.) C. Airport Economic Development Area (5) Assignment and Assumption Management Agreement from Kitson Partners (Club Services), LLC to Billy Casper Golf, LLC. Ms. Leonard noted that Kitson Partners, LLC, who is currently managing the Blackthorn Golf Course, is in the process of merging with Billy Casper Golf, LLC. There will not be any changes to the terms of our agreement with the management company. The original contract requires that Commission must approve any assignments of the contract. Billy Casper Golf, LLC anticipates that there will be no changes in personnel at Blackthorn Golf Course, and DCI staff will have access to some pricing and programing deals through Billy Casper Golf, LLC which will save the city some money and make us more efficient. Upon a motion by Ms. Schey, seconded by Mr. Inks and unanimously carried, the Commission approved the Assignment and Assumption Management Agreement from Kitson Partners (Club Services), LLC to Billy Casper Golf, LLC. D. West Washington - Chapin Development Area There was no business in the West Washington- Chapin Development Area. E. South Side Development Area There was no business in the South Side Development Area. F. Northeast Neighborhood Development Area There was no business in the Northeast Neighborhood Development Area. G. Douglas Road Development Area There was no business in the Douglas Road Development Area. H. Other (1) Resolution No. 3156 setting a public hearing on the appropriation of Tax Increment Financing revenues from various allocation areas for the payment of certain obligations and expenses related to their respective allocation areas and other related matters. Ms. Leonard -Inks noted that Resolution No. 3156 sets the public hearings on the appropriations for 2014 TIF Funds.
