Page #2 <br />South Bend Common Council <br />August 22, 1977 <br />The Title I Budget reflects only planned costs for activities and services. <br />Subgrant Agreements with service delivery agencies are being negotiated <br />in conformity with these service dollar levels and will be reviewed by the <br />CETA Advisory Council prior to submission to the Board of Public Works <br />for approval. <br />The Title II Budget reflects other than the allocated percentage of <br />Administration and Service Costs, only participant wage and fringe benefit <br />costs, plus funds for program supplies and materials and Liability <br />Insurance. <br />The Title VI Budget is a little more complex, due to the fact that there <br />are sixty some Subgrants with local non - profit agencies involved. Al- <br />though we reserve most of the funds for wages and fringe benefits, Subgrant <br />Agencies do have related direct costs to which they are entitled by law. <br />I regret that many of the particular lineitems can only be estimated. <br />The line item costs reflect a projection based on Public Service Employment <br />Positions funded to date. We will shortly request interested Agencies <br />to submit proposals for consideration after November. <br />I will be happy to answer any other questions. <br />I <br />
