(1 $ I ;t - 2g <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $28,765.00 FROM THE <br />SEWAGE WORKS DEPRECIATION FUND TO ACCOUNT 726.0 <br />OTHER EQUIPMENT WITHIN SAID FUND TO BE ADMINISTERED <br />BY THE DIVISION OF UTILITIES OF THE CITY OF SOUTH <br />BEND, INDIANA. <br />STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT <br />Whereas funds were orginally allocated by the Community <br />Development Program in 1975 for the purchase of equipment <br />to inspect the Bellville sewer system, and now have been <br />disallowed in an audit of that program, these funds must be <br />repaid to the Community Development program by the City. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL <br />OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION I. The sum of $28,765.00 is hereby appropriated <br />for the year 1978, from the Sewage Works Depreciation Fund <br />of the City of South Bend, Indiana.
