The truck <br />aided _-in the study of sewer conditions and the repair of sewer <br />lines. According to Section 570.201 (b) of the Block Grant <br />regulations the purchase of any equipment to do the Sewer Repair/ <br />Engineering Study is ineligible for Community Develpment funding. <br />Therefore, we are filing this ordinance for additional appropria- <br />tions to reimburse Community Developement for the cost of the <br />vehicle and equipment. <br />Sincerely yours, <br />Gls✓1 <br />John F..
