Councilman Christman seconded the motion. <br />Motion carried. <br />Councilman Kroll made a motion to amend the Resolution in the following manner: <br />"That in between the 3rd from the last paragraph on page 2 and the 2nd from the last paragraph on page 2, there be <br />inserted the following paragraph: <br />"IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED: That intra -city trucks shall be permitted to use Olive Street." <br />Councilman Muszynski seconded the motion. Motion carried. <br />Councilman Kroll made a motion to adopt the Resolution as amended. Councilman Muszynski seconded the motion. Motion <br />carried by a roll call vote of 6 ayes (Councilmen Korpal, Carr, Tellson, Kroll, Glass and Muszynski), 2 nays (Council- <br />men Christman and Erler), 1 absent (Councilman Hahn). <br />Attorney Miller filed petitions containing 1741 signatures of Remonstrators to the Resolution. <br />There being no further business before the Council, Councilman Kroll made a motion to adjourn.
