I have learned through investigation that, in
essence, said petitions represented Kaley, Bendix, Liberty, Camden, Olive, Meade and Dundee beginning at the four
hundred block south of Western Avenue thence south to Sample Street.
In as much as the representation made to me and which I, in turn, made to the Council, does not represent the proper
description of said petitions, I respectfully request that all of said petitions be withdrawn as of this date.
I wish to further bring,to your attention that the petition with reference to the PTA shall remain on file.
Respectfully submitted,
Joseph Kroll
x.
