<br />The attached, petition for annexation to the City of South Bend of Marshall Heights (proposed) was legally advertised
<br />under date of 25 February 1957 and given public hearing under date of 7 March 1957. The following action was taken:
<br />After due consideration it was moved, seconded and unanimously carried that the petition for annexation
<br />be favorabl}.':recommended to the Common Council.

<br />l absent (Councilman Erler). The Ordinance was then given third reading and passed by a roll call vote of 8ayes,
<br />0 nays, 1 absent (Councilman Erler).
