REGULAR MEETING NOVEMBER 8th, 1956 MINUTES: Report of the Committee on Minutes: To the Common Council of the City of South Bend; ,Your Committee on the inspection and supervision of the minutes, would respectfully report that they have inspected .the minutes of the previous meeting of the Council and found them correct. Councilman Muszynski made a motion that the report be accepted and placed on file. Councilman Kroll seconded the motion. Motion carried, REPORT OF THE COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE To the Common Council of the,City of South Bend: Your Committe6 of the Whole to whom was referred An Ordinance amending Ordinance No. 3702 Commonly Known as the Zoning; Ordinance of the City of South Bend, Indiana, ( American Shopping Centers, Inc., Part of the Wk of the NEk of Sec. 8 Twp. 37 N, "R 3.East), Respectfully report that they have examined the matter and that in their opinion it should be reported as favorable. George W. Carr, Chairman Councilman Kroll made a motion that the report be accepted and placed on file. Councilman Muszynski seconded the motion. Motion carried. REPORT OF THE COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE To the Common Council of the City of South Bend: Your Committee of the Whole to whom was referred An Ordinance to Rezone Lot 5 on the Plat of Burrough's Subdivision From B Residential to C Commercial-- Drinski, Respectfully report that they have examined the matter and that in their opinion it should be reported as favorable. George W. Carr, Chairman. Councilman Muszynski made a motion that the report be accepted and placed on file. Councilman Kroll seconded the mot, *on. Motion.cairried. REPORT OF THE COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLF To the Common Council of the City of South Bend: Your Committee:of the Whole to whom as referred an Ordinance to rezone a tract of land located on the South Side of Lincolnway West, Wept of Iowa Stteet, from B Residential to C commercial and E Height and Area District- -Hen and ,Rose Medow., Respectfully report that they have examined the matter and that in their opinion it should be reported as Stricken from the Record. George W. Carr, Chairman !Councilman Carr made a motion that the report be accepted and placed on file. Councilman Kroll seconded the motion. Motion carried. REPORT OF THE COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE To the Common Council of the City of South Bend: Your Committee of the Whole to whom was referred An Ordinance to Rezone a Tract of Land on the South Side of Lincoln .way West between Knoblock Street and Sheridan Ave., from B Residential to C Commercial use District - -K and W. Weist., Respectfully report that they have examined the matter and that in their opinion it should be reported as stricken from Record. George W. Carr, Chairman Councilman Carr made a motion that the report be accepted and placed on file. Councilman Kroll secnnded the motion. Motion carried.
