He Stat -ed that the 'Constitution was passed <br />on September 18, 1956. He also reported on the dance give:_, by the Youth Council on September 15, 1956, Pt Play- <br />land Park. There were between 1600 and 1800 teen -agers at the dance. He also outlined t''leir plans for future <br />activities. He thanked Councilmen Carr and Kroll for their help in obtaining cokes and printing signs for the dance. <br />Councilman Kroll thanked the Committee from the Council for thP_ir spend id cooperation with t';e. Avenue and Franklin Streets relative to <br />installation of a traffic light. <br />There being no further business before the Council, Councilman. Hahn made a motion to adjourn.
