REGULAR MEETING NOVEMBER 28TH, 1955 The Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana, met in the Council Chamber on the 28th day of November, 1955, at the hour of 8:42 P.M., in regular session in accordance with the rules of the Council. The meeting was called to order by President, Walter C. Erler, Sr., who presided. Present: Absent: REPORT OF COMMITTEE ON MINUTES Councilmen Walter C. Erler, Stanley Korpal, Clem Niezgodski, Cloyd Bestle, Walter Glass, William Hahn and Chester Muszynski. Councilman Michael Pinter. To the Common Council of the City of South Bend: Your Committee on the inspection and supervision of the minutes, would respectfully report that they have inspected the minutes of the previous meeting of the Council and found them correct. HAHN ) Councilman Muszynski moved that the report be accepted and placed on file. Councilman Korpal seconded the motion. Motion carried. 'PETITION Petition of Stanley R. Cope and Company, Inc. to rezone Lots 203, 204, 266 and 267 and 268 in D. M. Shively Addition to the City of South Bend from "B" Use and "A" Height and Area Districts to "D" Use and "E" Height and Area District. Councilman Hahn moved that the petition be referred to the City Plan Commission. Councilman Korpal seconded the motion. Motion carried.
