'r a <br />,... <br />REGULAR MEETING <br />ORDINANCE <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 30 OF ORDINANCE NO. 3709 <br />MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA <br />PROHIBITING THE USE OF STREET CENTERS AS PLAYGROUNDS. <br />MAY 9TH, 1955 <br />The ordinance was given first reading by title and second reading in full. Councilman Korpal made a motion <br />that the ordinance be referred to the Ordinance Committee; consisting of Councilmen Erler, Hahn and Korpal, <br />to meet with the Park Board. Councilman Muszynski seconded the motion. Motion carried. <br />DVCnT TTTTAW <br />Councilman Korpal made a motion that the Resolution pertaining to temporary need-for Defnese Housing be referred <br />to the next meeting of the Council on May 23rd. Councilman Muszynski seconded the motion. Motion carried. <br />ANNUAL REPORT OF THE CITY CONTROLLER <br />There being no objections, the Annual Report of the City Controller was accepted and placed on file. <br />UNFINISHED BUSINESS <br />Councilman Hahn informed the Council that the committee on the proposed ordinance known as the "Planned <br />Shopping Center District" will report to the Council on May 23rd. <br />There being no further business before the Council, Councilman Korpal made a motion to adjourn, which motion <br />was seconded by Councilman Muszynski.
