Mr. Mecham seconded the motion, which carried. PRIVILEGE OF THE FLOOR Mr. Cecil Eastman, Administration and Finance, asked if there is a list of properties affected by the Contract with Code Enforcement for the demolition of Vacant and abandoned houses. Ms. Roos stated they use certain census tracks and have to operate the program by Federal standards. Ms. Greene, Legal, stated she is currently working for the Park Board on creating a policy prohibiting videotaping at City -owned facilities. There has been an instance of videotaping at a Park event, which was uploaded to You Tube which contained foul language that offended some people. Ms. Greene also stated that the Park Board is working on a comprehensive review of their licensing for the use of parks for resident events. There is concern about the park facilities being used for spontaneous events or for larger -than -anticipated events. Further, there is concern about the use of alcohol and lack of licensing for the participants and the lack of security at these events involving alcohol. This review will involve the Board of Public Works, as well.
