Mr. Mecham seconded the motion, which carried. <br />PRIVILEGE OF THE FLOOR <br />Mr. Cecil Eastman, Administration and Finance, asked if there is a list of properties affected by <br />the Contract with Code Enforcement for the demolition of Vacant and abandoned houses. Ms. <br />Roos stated they use certain census tracks and have to operate the program by Federal standards. <br />Ms. Greene, Legal, stated she is currently working for the Park Board on creating a policy <br />prohibiting videotaping at City -owned facilities. There has been an instance of videotaping at a <br />Park event, which was uploaded to You Tube which contained foul language that offended some <br />people. <br />Ms. Greene also stated that the Park Board is working on a comprehensive review of their <br />licensing for the use of parks for resident events. There is concern about the park facilities being <br />used for spontaneous events or for larger -than -anticipated events. Further, there is concern about <br />the use of alcohol and lack of licensing for the participants and the lack of security at these <br />events involving alcohol. This review will involve the Board of Public Works, as well. <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />There being no further business to come before the Board, upon a motion made by Mr. Gilot <br />seconded by Mr. Mecham and carried, the meeting adjourned at 10:30 a.m. <br />BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS <br />Gary A.
