Motion carried. <br />RESOLUTION <br />WHEREAS, there is an increasing need for regulation legislation concerning OFF- THE - STREET - PARKING, and, <br />WHEREAS, the solution of this problem is closely allied with zoning requirements, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE_,JT HEREBY RESOLVED that the Planning Commission of the City of South Bend be requested to <br />make the necessary study and present their recommendations to the Common Council of the City of South Bend <br />at their earliest convenience concerning legislation on Off- The - Street- Parking requirements. <br />WALTER C. Councilman Glass seconded the motion. <br />Motion carried. <br />There being no further business before the Council, Councilman Hahn made a motion to adjourn, which motion <br />was seconded by Councilmen Muszynski.
