• w <br />r <br />REGULAR MEETING <br />ORDINANCE <br />AN ORDINANCE - VAENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3702 <br />COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF <br />THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDI AT ?A. <br />(Lots on north side of East Jefferson <br />Blvd. between Tuxedo Drive and 25th <br />Street) <br />JANUARY 11TH. 1954 <br />The ordinance was given first reading by title and second reading in full. Councilman Hahn made a motion that <br />the ordinance be referred to the Committee of the Whole for public hearing on January 25th. Councilman Bestle <br />seconded the motion. Motion carried. <br />REPORT OF BUILDING DEPARTMENT FOR THE YEAR 1953. <br />The reading of the report of the Building Department for the year 1953 was waived for the reason that all council - <br />men _were given copy of the report. Councilman Niezgodski made a motion that the report be accepted. Councilman <br />Glass seconded the motion. Motion carried. <br />ORDINANCE N0, 3957 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING S -11 SERVICES PERSONAL STREET <br />DEPARTMENT BY CHANGING SALARY CLASSIFICATIONS TO <br />HOURLY RATES IN THE BUDGET FOR 19549 <br />The ordinance was given first reading by title and second reading in full. Councilman Muszynski made a motion <br />for suspension of rules. Councilman Hahn seconded the motion. Motion carried by a roll call vote of <br />9 ayes - 0- nays. <br />The ordinance was given third reading and passed by a roll call vote of 9 ayes - 0 nays. <br />There being no ft&ther business before the Council, Councilman Muszynski made a motion to adjourn, which motion <br />was seconded by Councilman Niezgodski.
