Dik - <br />S1 <br />it the undersigned property owner, petition your Honorable Body for a change in zoning of the following described <br />real estate located in the City of South Bend, St. Joseph County, State of Indiana, to-wit: <br />Lot No. 180, Realty Construction Co. Motion <br />carried. <br />REPORT OF COMMITTEE - FUEMM INSPECTION ORDINANCE <br />The Committee met with a Committee of Heating Engineers on the study of the Furnace Ordinance and report that the <br />Ordinance be accepted as amended and a public hearing be held. <br />CLOYD BESTLE, Chairman <br />WALTER C. Councilman Niezgodski seconded the motion. <br />Motion carried. <br />REPORT OF CITY PLAN COMMISSION <br />The Plan Commission to whom was referred the petition above referred to, respectfully reports that after due <br />publication of notice it conducted a public hearing thereon at 7 :30 o'clock P.M., September 3, 1953, and that no <br />one at said hearing objected to the granting of said petition. <br />Having carefully considered the matter, the Plan Commission, with the acquiescense of the petitioners, recommends <br />the adoption of the proposed ordinance if it be 94iondec to read -substantially in conformity with attached copy. <br />Dated this 17th day of September, 19539 <br />CITY PLAN COMMISSION <br />By: Roy Worden, Chairman <br />Councilman Glass made a motion that the report be accepted.
