REGUTA R MEETING PETITION To the Honorable City Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana Gentlemen: We, the undersigned property owners, petition your Honorable Body for a change in zoning of the following described real estate located -in the City of South Bend, St. Joseph County, State of Indiana, to wit: All of Lot No. 73 and a part of Lot No. 26 in Jackson's proposed Subdivision in South Bend, St. Joseph County, Indiana, more closely described as follows: Beginning at the Northwest corner of said Lot No. 73, thence due East along the South line of Lathrop Avenue a distance of 498.25', thence due South a distance of 125961, thence due West a distance of 498.251, thence due North along the East line of Huey Street a distance of 125.61 to the place of beginning, be changed from "A" Residence District and "A" Height and Area District to "B" Residence District and "B" Height and Area District* ted this 23rd day of March, 1953.
