<br />Salary Fund, to P -332, Police Department Oil, $200.00, and from H -11, Board of Public Works and Safety Salary
<br />Fund, to H -241, Board of Public Works and Safety Fund for Advertising and Publication of Notices, $200.00,
<br />declaring an emergency".
<br />Respectfully report that they have examined the matter and that in their opinion this ordinance go to the
<br />Council as favorable.

<br />RESOLUT ION
<br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana, that the Contract heretofore entered
<br />into by and between the Board of Public Works and Safety of the City of South Bend, Indiana, and M. H. Rhodes,
<br />Incorporated, 30 Bartholomew Avenue, Hartford 6, Connecticut, to supply the Parking Meter Department of the
<br />City of South Bend, Indiana, with parking meters, as per proposal submitted by them in accordance with provisions
<br />of advertised request for bids, for the price of $46.00 each, Less 5f for cash within 60 days, is hereby
<br />confirmed and approved.
