Councilman Pinter seconded the motion. Motion carried by a roll call vote of 7 ayes :6 0 nays <br />2 absent (Korpal and Niezgodski). <br />The ordinance was given third reading and passed by a roll call vote of 7 ayes - 0 nays - 2 absent (Korpal and <br />Niezgodski ). <br />RESOLUT ION <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana, that the Contract heretofore entered <br />into by and between the Board of Public Works and Safety of the City of South Bend, Indiana, and M. H. Rhodes, <br />Incorporated, 30 Bartholomew Avenue, Hartford 6, Connecticut, to supply the Parking Meter Department of the <br />City of South Bend, Indiana, with parking meters, as per proposal submitted by them in accordance with provisions <br />of advertised request for bids, for the price of $46.00 each, Less 5f for cash within 60 days, is hereby <br />confirmed and approved. <br />WALTER C.
