(Property on North side of South Bend Avenue and East of Duey Street) The ordinance was given first reading by title and second reading in full. Motion carried by a roll call vote of 8 ayes - 0 nays 1 absent (Hahli) •` The ordinance was given third reading and passed by a roll call vote of 8 ayes - 0 nays - 1 absent (Hahn). ORDINANCE NO. 3876 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3702 COMMONLY KNOWN AS TAE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA. (Northwest corner of Lake and Washington Streets) The ordinance was given first reading by title and second reading in full. Councilman Glass made a motion for suspension of rules. Councilman Korpal seconded the motion. Motion carried by a roll call vote of 8 ayes - O nays - 1 absent (Hahn). The ordinance was given third reading and passed by a roll call vote of 8 ayes - 0 nays - 1 absent (Hahn). ORDINANCE NO. 3877 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3702 COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA. (East side of H. Main St. south of Donmoyer Ave.) The ordinance was given first reading by title and second reading in full. Councilman Glass made a motion for suspension of rules. Councilman Korpal seconded the motion. Motion carried by a roll call vote of 8 ayes - 0 nays - 1 absent (Hahn). The ordinance was given third reading and passed by a roll call vote of 8 ayes - 0 nays - 1 absent (Hahn). ORDINANCE AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3702 CO BIONLY KNOWNN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE. (East side of Michigan St. between Woodside St. and Donmoyer Ave.) The ordinance was given first reading by title and second reading in full. Councilman Alford made a motion to refer the ordinance to the Committee of the Whole. Councilman Glass seconded the motion. Motion carried. ORDINANCE AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3702 COMMONLY KNOTS AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA. (Unplatted tract of land on the south side of Ford Street east from the right of way of the G.T.W. Ry. 112 feet along Ford St. and 152 feet deep) The ordinance was given first reading by title and second reading in full. Councilman Bestle made a motion to refer the ordinance to the Committee of the Whole. Councilman Niezgodski seconded the motion. Motion carried.
