JULY 14TH. 1952 RE -QUEST TO WITHDRAW PETITION TO REZONE REAL ESTATE TO THE C OvLMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND: 1i • The undersigned, Edward Hullinger and Elsie Hullinger, husband and wife, by their attorney respectfully request that their petition, heretofore filed, requesting the rezoning of real estate described therein, be withdrawn. (Signed) Leon E. Kowalski, Attorney for Edward & Elsie Hullinger Councilman Glass made a motion that the report and request to withdraw said petition be accepted. Councilman Bestle seconded the motion. Motion carried. REPORT OF CITY PLAN COMMISSION To the Common Council City of South Bend, Indiana Gentlemen: The petition of Carl J. Reinke and Harold G. Reinke for change of zoning of a tract of unplatted land on the south side of Ford Street east from the right of "way of the G. T. W. Ry. 112 feet along Ford Street and 152 feet deep, frost "E" Height and Area District to "F" Height and Area District has been given public hearing before the City Plan Commission at a special meeting June 12, 1952. Councilman Korpal seconded the motion. Motion carried. REPORT OF CITY PLAN COMMISSION To the Common Council City of South Bend, Indiana Gentlemen: Petition of Jack McCormick for _change of zoning of Lots No. 3 and 4 in Fernwood Addition on the south side of Jefferson Blvd. between 35th and 36th Streets, from "A" 'Residence to "B" Residence district has been given public hearing before the City Plan Commission.at a special meeting June 12, 1952. REPORT OF CITY PLAN COMMISSION To the Common Council City of South Bend, Indiana Gentlemen: Petition of Kathryn and Edward Heston for change of zoning of Lots 45 and 46 in Krou and 'Whitmore Sub. on the east side of Michigan Street between Woodside Street and Donmoyer Avenue, from "B" Residence and "A" Height and Area District to "C" Commercial and 'tD" Height and Area District has been given public hearing before the City Plan Commission at a special meeting June 12, 1952. This change is recommended to the Council, here Michigan was originally zoned "C" commercial on both sides. Yours truly, D. Moomaw, Secretary By: D. E. REPORT OF CITY PLAN COMMISSION To the Common Council City of South Bend, Indiana Gentlemen: The City Plan Commission has checked upon the street names in the City and find that the name of Whitcomb Avenue does not conflict with any existing street name.
