739 <br />SPECIAL MEETING AUGUST 3RD, 1951 <br />ORDINANCE <br />AN ORDINANCE FIXING THE TAX LEVY FOR THE YEAR 1952 FOR <br />THE MUNICIPAL CIVIL CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA. <br />The ordinance was given first reading by title and second reading in full. Councilman Muszynski made a motion <br />that the ordinance be referred to the Committee of the Whole for public hearing on August 27th, 1951, at 8:00 <br />P.M. Councilman Bestle seconded the motion. Motion carried. <br />There being no further business before the Council, Councilman Muszynski made a motion to adjourn the Special <br />Meeting, which was seconded by Councilman Glass.
