7 0'7 <br />ORDINANCE NO. 3808 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMEY DING ORDINANCE NO. 3702 OF THE ORDINANCES <br />OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA. <br />(Lots are in the 1900 and 2000 block Prairie Avenue) <br />MARCH 26TH, 1951 <br />The ordinance was given first reading by title and second reading in full. Councilman Kemper made a motion for <br />suspension of rules. Councilman Glass seconded the motion. Motion carried by a roll call vote of 8 ayes - <br />0 nays. <br />The ordinance was given third reading and passed by a roll call vote of 8 ayes - 0 nays. <br />ORDINANCE <br />AN ORDINANCE REDUCING CERTAIN ITEMS IN THE 1951 SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, <br />CIVIL CITY BUDGET; AND APPROPRIATING FROM THE GENERAL STREET AND <br />TRAFFIC FUND OF SAID CITY THE SUM OF ONE THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED <br />($1,400.00) DOLLARS, TO CERTAIN OTHER BUDGETARY ITEM OF THE 1951 <br />BUDGET OF THE CIVIL CITY OF SOUTH BEND, IN- DIANA, AND DECLARING AN <br />EXTRAORDINARY MERGENCY. <br />The ordinance was given first reading by title and second reading in full. Councilman Korpal Tn de a motion <br />that the ordinance be referred to the Committee of the Whole for public hearing on April 9th. Councilman <br />Muszynski seconded the motion. Motion carried. <br />ORDINANCE <br />AN ORDINANCE REGULATING THE INSTALLATION, UTILIZATION AND MAINTENANCE <br />OF OUTSIDE ANTENNA FOR TELEVISION RECEIVING APPARATUS OR EQUIPIvENT, <br />REQUIRING PERMITS AND CERTIFICATES OF APPROVAL AND PROVIDING FOR THE <br />MANNER AND FEES FOR OBTAINING SAME; AND PROVIDING PENALTIES FOR <br />VIOLATION OF THIS ORDINANCE. <br />The ordinance was given first reading by title and second reading in full. Councilman Erler made a motion that <br />the ordinance be referred to the Committee of the Whole for public hearing on April 9th. Councilman Tel.lson <br />seconded the motion. Motion carried. <br />ORDINANCE <br />AN ORDINANCE REGULATING THE USE OF EQUIPMENT, APPLIANCES, DEVICES <br />OR APPARATUS WHICH INTERFERE WITH THE TRANSMISSION, RECEPTION OR <br />COMMUNICATION BY RADIO OR TELEVISION, AND PROVIDING A PENALTY FOR <br />THE VIOLATION OF THE SAME. <br />The ordinance,was given first reading by.title and second reading in full. Councilman Erler made a motion that <br />the ordinance-rbe referred. to. the Committee of the Whole for public hearing on April 9th. Councilman Bestle <br />seconded the motion. Motion carried. <br />There being no further business, Councilman Erler made a motion to adjourn, which motion was seconded by <br />Councilman Tellson.
