President Erler presided. REPORT OF COMMITTEE ON MINUTES To the Common Council of the City of South Bend: Your Committee on the inspection and supervision of the minutes, would respectfully report that they have inspected the minutes of the previous meeting of the Council and found them correct. They therefore recommend that the same be approved. Councilman Tellson made a motion that the report be accepted. Motion carried. PETITION STATE OF INDIANA ) SS: COUNTY OF ST. JOSEPH ) PETITION TO THE COMMON COUNCIL OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA W. C. ERLER ) CLEM NIEZGODSKI ) Committee STANLEY C. KORPAL ) Councilman Niezgodski seconded the motion. The undersigned, owner of a lot herein described, respectfully petitions your honorable body to amend Ordinance 3702 "bf the Ordinances of South Bend, Indiana, as it applies to the zoning classification of Lot 111 in Linden Place, changing the zoning from "Commercial" to "A" residential. (Signed) Josephine Korpal Councilman Glass made a motion that the petition be referred to the City Plan Commission. Councilman Tellson seconded the motion. Motion carried. REPORT OF BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS & SAFETY Members of the Common Council Council Chambers, City Hall City of South Bend, Indiana November 15, 1950 Gentlemen: YThe Board of Pdblic Works and Safety has authorized the installation of street lights at the following locations: Intersection of Oakside and Dale Streets; Intersection of Bowman and Sampson Streets; Intersection of Bowman and Vernon Streets; Keasey Street at the New York Central Elevation. Mr. Qualls informed the Board that the street lights at the following locations have been installed and are now in service: • Studebaker Street.,at the second alley south of Fassnacht; Olive and Keller Streets; Kentucky and Huron Streets; Kentucky and Ford'Streets.
