Amount: $1,920 /month; Total $69,120 for Three Years <br />3. Funding: COIT (404.0617.431.32.04) <br />11. LICENSES AND PERMITS <br />A. Processions <br />1. Applicant: Church World Service <br />a) Event: St. Joseph County Crop Walk <br />b) Date /Time: September 29, 2013; 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. <br />c) See Comment: Police Department stated a meeting is required to <br />determine what intersections need to be blocked downtown and <br />participants must use the sidewalks. <br />2.
