653 <br />SPECIAL MEETING -- AUGUST 4TH, 1950 <br />ORDINANCE <br />AN ORDINANCE FIXING THE TAX IEVY FOR THE YEAR 1951 <br />FOR THE MUNICIPAL CIVIL CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA. <br />The ordinance was given first reading by title and second reading in full. Councilman Tellson made a notion <br />that the ordinance be referred to the Committee of the Whole for public hearing on August 28th. Councilman <br />Bootle seconded the notion. Motion carried. <br />There being. no further business before the Council, Councilman Niezgodski made a motion to adjourn the Special <br />Xeeting, which was seconded by Councilman.1ellson.: Motion carried, and Council ad journed. at. 7M P.M.
