<br />You are hereby notified that under and by virtue of the authority vested in W by lawn as Mayor of the City of
<br />South Bend, in the State of Indiana, a Special meeting of the Common Council of said City is hereby called to
<br />most in the Council Chamber.-in the City Hall at the hour of 7200 O'clock P.M., Central Standard Time, on
<br />Friday, August 4, 1° 950, for the - purpose -of considering the following ordinances, to-wits

<br />The ordinance was given first reading by title and second reading in full. Councilman Niezgodski made a motion
<br />that the ordinance be referred to the Committee of the Whole for public hearing,on.August 28th. Councilman
<br />Tellson seconded the motion. Lotion carried.
