Councilman Glass made a motion <br />that the ordinance be referred to the Committee of the Mhole for Public Hearing on August 8th. Councilman <br />Tellson seconded the motion. Motion carried. <br />NOTIONS <br />Councilman Kemper made a motion that the petition presented by the citizens group be referred to the Board <br />of Public Works and that they must report on favorable conditions at the South Bend Avenue dump by the <br />August 22nd meeting of the Council, or Council would take action. Councilman Bestle seconded the motion. <br />Motion carried. <br />Councilman Muszyuski made a motion that the Railroad Committee of the Council investigate the protest of <br />residents from the sixth district that Grand Trunk Western railroad trains cause a disturbance for si: liag <br />with their whistles between Olive and Scott Streets, Councilman Korpal seconded the motion. Motion carried. <br />There being no further business, Councilman Niezgodski made a motion to adjourn. Councilman Tellson <br />seconded the motion.
