<br />Your Committee of the Whole to whom was referred *An ordinance transferring the sum of $5,000.00 from Account
<br />Number S-42, Ikges, to Account Number S -13, Extra and Over -Time, Street Department, and declaring an extra-
<br />ordinary emergency".
<br />Respectfully report that they have examined the matter and that in their opinion this ordinance shall go to
<br />the Council as favorable.

<br />City of South Bend, Indiana, of the following amount to the following indicated account of the 1947 budget,
<br />City Election Board, - $10,611.29, and declaring an extraordinary emergency".

<br />,$500.00 from q ll, Salaries to Q -251, Repairs to Buildings and Structures, Fire Department, and.declaring
<br />an extraordinary emergency ".
