An Ordinance for that purpose was
Introduced and referred to the City Plans Commissions after public hearing thereon, the members of the Plan
Commission reported and recommended against the adoption of such ordinance.
Under these circumstances, I respectfully withdraw such petition so filed by me on behalf of William M. Hass
on August 9, 1948. It is my, opinion that the withdrawal of the petition automatically withdraws the ordinance
Itself* If, however, in the opinion of the City Attorney, further action on your part be required for the
withdrawal of the ordinance itself, I request that such action be immediately taken.
VGJ #AL
_ r
Councilman Erler made a motion that permission; be
seconded the motion.
