Gentlement
In the matter of change of zoning of Lot + 2 in Citizens Homes Co. Replat of Lots No. 1, 20 3, 4, 21 and 22
of Nfalnut 4th Addition, the City Plan Commission r6commends the change but also points out an error in the
petition. -This lot is now zoned "B" Residence and "A" Height and Area District, and the petition does not
ask a change in the Height and Area- Distriot. The change should be to "C" Commercial District and "D" Height
and area districts thus making it agree with the classification of adjoining commercial property.
