<br />Your Committee of the Mole to whom was referred "An Ordinance transferring the sum of $300.00 from Account
<br />Number W -333, Tires and Tubes', Board of Health, to Account Number W -36, Office Supplies, Board of Health, and
<br />the further sum of $200.00 from Account Number W -344, Medical Supplies, Board of Health, to Account Number
<br />W -36, Office Supplies, Board of Health, and declaring an extraordinary emergency.
<br />Respectfully report that they have examined the matter and that in their opinion this Ordinance be reported to
<br />the Council as favorable.

<br />Your Committee of the Whole to whom was referred "An Ordinance relating to traffic and regulating the use of
<br />the streets and highways of the City of South Bend, Indiana: Creating and defining'"parking meter zones:
<br />Providing for the designation of individual parking spaces: Defining and providing for the installation,
<br />operation and maintenance, purchase, leasing, use, servicing; repair, replacement, acquiring and regulation
<br />of parking meters: Prescribing parking time limits; requiring deposits of coins for the use of parking meters
<br />anoarking meter'-zones and providing for the collection and disposition of such coins; repealing conflicting
<br />ordinances; providing for the enforcement thereof; defining offenses and prescribing penalties; and providing
<br />that the invalidity of part shall not affect the validity of the remainder of ordinance.
<br />Respectfully report that they have examined the matter and that in their opinion this ordinance be reported to
<br />the Council as favorable.
