<br />To the Common Council of the City of South Bend:
<br />April 26, 1948
<br />Your Committee of the Whole to whom was referred this Ordinance amendatory of Ordinance No. 2331 adopted by
<br />the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana, on June 25, 1923, commonly !mown as the toning ordinance.
<br />Respectfully report that.they have examined the matter and that in their opinion this ordinance shall be
<br />reported favorable as amended.

<br />of South Bend, Indiana, of the following amount to the following indicated account of the 1948 budget: Fire
<br />Department, Q -724, Motor Equipment, $3,375.00, and declaring an extraordinary emergeneyr
<br />Respectfully report that they have examined the matter and that in their opinion this ordinance shall be reported
<br />favorable.

<br />No. 3377, adopted July 14, 1941, commonly known as rubbish hauling ordinance, and adding a new section thereto
<br />to be known as Section No. 11 -1/2.
<br />Respectfully report that they have examined the matter and. that in their opinion this ordinance shall be reported
<br />favorable as amended.

<br />AN ORDINANCE ORDERING ARID PROVIDING FOR THE CONVEYANCE OF THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED
<br />PARCELS OF REAL ESTATE IN THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, ST. JOSEPH COUNTY, INDIANA,
<br />TO -WIT:
<br />Lots One Hundred Fifty -nine (159) and One Hundred Sixty (160) in Coquilla rd
<br />Woods Addition,.Section A, to the City of South Bend, St. Joseph County,
<br />Indiana.
<br />which real estate is owned by the City of South Bend, Indiana, by virtue of a conveyance
<br />made pursuant to order of the St. Joseph Superior Court # 2, in the matter of the
<br />administration of Coquillard Woods Addition Consolidated Barrett Law Trust, made and
<br />entered on the 19th day of December, 19449
<br />IN EXCHANGE FOR THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED PARCEL OF REAL ESTATE IN ST. JOSEPH COUNTY,
