REGULAR MEETING MARCH 22nd, 1948 <br />RESOLUTION <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana, <br />That it is with a sorrowful heart and profound regret that the Common Council learns of the death of Councilman - <br />at-Large William J. Richardson. From January 1, 1939 to the present day, Councilman Richardson had at all <br />times devoted himself energetically and faithfully to the welfare and best interests of his community, thereby <br />exemplifying the highest traditions of public service. The members of his family have the deepest condolence <br />of the Common Council. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this Resolution be spread upon the records of the Common Council, and that a copy <br />thereof be mailed to the family of Councilman William J. Richardson, deceased. <br />Clem Niezgodski <br />MEMBER OF THE COMMON COUNCIL <br />Councilman.Korpal made a motion that the Resolution be adopted and that a copy be sent to the family of <br />William J.
