REGULAR MEETING MARCH 8TH, 1948 <br />REPORT OF THE CITY CLERK OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, FOR THE YEAR 1947. <br />The reading of the report of the City Clerk for the year 194? was waived. Councilman Kemper made a motion that <br />the report be accepted. Councilman Beetle seconded the motion. Motion carried. <br />ORD I NANCE <br />AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NUMBER 2331 AS AMENDED, <br />'WHICH ORDINANCE IS COMMONLY CALLED THE ZONING ORDINANCE <br />OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND <br />The ordinance was given first and second reading.- Councilman Tellson made a motion that the Ordinance be referred <br />to the City Plan Commission. Councilman Glass seconded the motion. Motion carried. <br />ORDINANCE <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NUMBER 2331 <br />The ordinance was given first and second reading. Councilman Zrler made a motion that the Ordinance be referred <br />to the City Plan Commission. Councilman Korpal seconded the motion. Motion carried. <br />ORDINANCE NO. 3630 <br />AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND SECTION 2 OF ORDINANCE NO. 1749 ENTITLED "AN <br />ORDINANCE ADOPTING CERTAIN RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR THE GOVERNMENT <br />OF THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE'CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, AND ITS <br />MEMBERS ", ADOPTED NOVEMBER 9, 1914. <br />The ordinance was given first reading by title and second reading in full. Councilman Kemper made a motion for <br />suspension of rules. Councilman Korpal seconded the motion. Motion carried.
