SUPPLIES... DECLARING AN EMERGENCY The Ordinance was given Third Reading and passed by a roll call vote of 7 ayes - 0 nays - 2 absent (McCarthy and Hull:) PARKING PLAN REPORT Councilman Richardsonmade a motion that the report be read and studied by the members of the Council and then referred to the Street and Alleys Committee for further study.
