,� i <br />II REGULAR MEETING- contd APRIL 29th, 1946 <br />ORDINANCE <br />AN ORDINANCE FOR THE EMRGENCY APPROPRIATION OF $3,000.00 AYD FOR THE <br />TRANSFER THEREOF FROM THE GENERAL FUND OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, <br />INDIANA, IN THE BUDGET OF THE CITY CONTROLLER TO IN ACCOUNT KNO1gI AS <br />B-53, BEING THE AWARDS, REFUNDS AND INDEMNITIES ACCOUNT OF THE SAID <br />CITY CONTROLLER OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA. <br />The Ordinance was given first and second reading. Councilman Bishop made a motion that the Ordinance be <br />set for Public Hearing on May 13th, 1946. Councilman Heideman seconded the motion. Motion carried. <br />Councilman Neizgodski made a motion that the City Attorney be instructed to draw up an ordinance in regard <br />to not permitting; dogs to run at large. Councilman Richardson seconded the motion . Motion carried. <br />Councilman Brannan made a motion that the Board of Public Works and Safety give a report baok to the <br />Council on petitions for street lights as soon as they receive them and take action on them, and that they <br />also notify the petitioners as to what ditposition was made of the petition.
