420 <br />MARCH 25th, 1946- Regular Meeting continued <br />F <br />REPORT OF THE CITY PLAN COMMISSION: <br />March 25, 1946. <br />To The Common Council, City of South Bend, Indiana. <br />Gentlemen: <br />Petition of W. D. Hobbick, et. al. for change of zoning classification of Lots No. 13, 16, 17, 20, 21 and <br />24 Parry's 2nd Addition from "B" Use and "D" Height and Area districts to "C ": Use and "D" Height and <br />Area Districts was considered by the City Plan Commission at their Special "fleeting March 22nd, 1946. <br />This change is recommended as petitioned for. <br />D. MOOMAW, Secretary <br />Councilman Brannan made a motion that the report be accepted. Councilman Korpal seconded the motion. <br />Motion carried. - <br />MOTION: <br />Councilman McCarthy made a motion that Mr. Moomaw, give the street address in his change of zoning <br />reports in order that the Council will know the-exact location of the property involved. Councilman <br />Niezgodski'seconded the motion. Motion carried. <br />ORDINANCE <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2.331 <br />PFarry's Second Addition to the City of South Bend -) <br />(Eddy Street.across from Jefferson School) <br />The ordinance was given first and second reading. Councilman Brannan made a motion that the Ordinance <br />be set for public hearing on April 8th, 1946. Councilman Korpal seconded the motion. Motion carried. <br />MOTION: <br />Councilman Niezgodski made a motion that the Clerk notify the School Board of the City of South tend, <br />that a traffic hazard exists at 3 :30"P.M.,'at various schools throughout the City, for instance <br />at Nuner, Linden, Colfax, Washington, etc., and suggest to them that these various schools be dimissed <br />a.few minutes before 3 :30 P.M., for the protection of the children.
