Motion carried. <br />REPORT OF THE COMMITTEE OF THE NHOLE <br />TO THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND: <br />Your committee of the Vole, to whom was referred ah ordinance amending Ordinance No. 2331 (As amended) <br />of the Municipal City of South Bend, Indiana (North West corner Prairie Avenue and Magnolia Street, Lot <br />No. 19, Swygart's Third Addition to the City of South Bend. <br />Respectfully report that they have examined the matter and that in their opinion this ordinance shall be <br />reported to the Council as favorably. <br />Councilman Bishop made a motion to accept the report. Councilman Neizgodski seconded the motion. <br />Motion carried. <br />ORDINANCE NO. 3552: <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2331 (AS AMENDED) OF THE MUNICIPAL. <br />CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA" (LOT NO. 19, PRAIRIE AVENUE AND MAGNOLIA STREET) <br />The Ordinance was given third reading and passed by a roll call vote of 7 ayes- 0 nays - 2 absent <br />(Richardson and Hull) <br />ORDINANCE <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2331 <br />The Ordinance was given first and second reading. Councilman McCarthy made a motion that the Ordinance <br />be referred to the City Plan Commission. Councilman Bishop seconded the motion. Motion carried. <br />ORDINANCE NO. 3553 <br />AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE SALE OF CERTAIN AUTOMOBILES USED <br />BY THE POLICE DEPARTMENT OF ME CITY OF SOUTH BEND DIRECTING THAT <br />THEY BE APPRAISED AND SOLD IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LAMP. <br />The ordinance was given first and second reading. Councilman McCarthy made a motion for suspension of <br />rules. Councilman Bishop seconded the motion. Motion carried by a roll call vote of 7 ayes - 0 nays - <br />2 absent (Richardson and Hull) The Ordinance was given third reading and passed by a roll call vote of <br />7 ayes - 0 nays.- 2 absent (Richardson and Hull) <br />Councilman Mirocha made a motion that the Board of Public Works and Safety, notify the Police Department <br />to enforce Ordinance No. 3146, in regard to the speed of all motor vehicles and Ordinance No. 3510, <br />relative to the use of designated streets by trucks.
